Terms of Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account — automated or bulk account creation is not permitted.

When you buy a listing you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it in your own projects and client work, including commercially. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the purchased content itself, whether modified or not.

Purchases include lifetime access to updates the creator publishes to that listing.

Creators warrant that everything they publish is their original work or properly licensed, works as described, and complies with our content policies. Listings that misrepresent results, plagiarize other creators, or violate third-party rights will be removed and repeated violations lead to account termination.

Marketplace fees are deducted at the time of sale and displayed transparently on every payout statement. Payouts run weekly with a $25 minimum. Creators are responsible for their own taxes; we provide the necessary yearly statements.

Buyers may request a refund within 14 days if a listing does not perform as described. Our team reviews each request; abuse of the refund policy (such as refunding after extensive use) may result in loss of refund privileges.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice and an appeal process except in cases of fraud or legal requirement.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email and the changelog.
